Features
An online ordering system for food businesses, from the menu to the kitchen.
WP InPlate lets you take orders on your venue’s own website. Customers can choose pickup, delivery or dine-in, or order with a QR code at the table. Staff handle the orders on the kitchen display.
Modules
Every WP InPlate feature in one license.
You can start with pickup only. Turn on delivery, QR tables and other modules when you need them. There’s nothing extra to buy.
Online menu
Place a menu with photos, sizes, add-ons and a cart on your website with a Gutenberg block. When a price is reduced, it shows the lowest price from the last 30 days.
Dishes and offers available on the dates you choose
Set the dates when a daily special, a lunch set, a burger of the week or a seasonal offer is available. The items appear on the menu and disappear on schedule.
Sizes, add-ons and suggested items
Dish sizes with their own prices, e.g. 32 and 40 cm pizza, and add-ons: a sauce, ingredients or “no onion”. You can also suggest fries or a drink. The system includes surcharges in the price.
Ordering hours and pickup times
Set separate hours for pickup, delivery and dine-in, the preparation time, days off and whether customers can order for tomorrow.
Delivery zones
Draw delivery zones on a map and give each one a delivery fee and a minimum order amount. Customers can check their address before they choose any dishes.
Order form and payments
Before accepting an order, the system checks the hours, the address and the prices. Customers can pay online through a WooCommerce gateway or in cash.
QR tables
Guests scan the QR code on their table, choose dishes and place the order from their phone. The kitchen sees the table number.
Kitchen display (KDS)
The “Orders” view shows cards sorted by status. A sound announces new orders, and you change a status with one tap.
Courier panel
Couriers see orders ready for delivery, addresses and amounts to collect on their phone.
Manager panel
From a tablet you can change prices, the availability of dishes and sizes, promotions, happy hours, ordering hours and the menu on TV screens.
TV screens
Show the current menu, prices and dish availability on screens in your venue.
In-venue radio
Playlists for the morning, lunch and evening, played from a browser. Music you pay no royalties for.
The order’s journey
What happens from placing an order to picking it up.
The customer visits your website
Customers can also scan a QR code at their table. If they choose delivery, they check whether their address is in a zone you serve. They choose dishes, add-ons and a time
Customers choose dishes and add-ons. They can add a suggested item and pick pickup, delivery or dine-in and an available time. They pay online or in cash
Before accepting payment, the system checks the hours, the delivery zone, the minimum amount and the product prices.A new order appears in the kitchen
The kitchen display shows the new order and announces it with a sound. Staff change its status from “New” to “In preparation”, and then to “Ready”.Pickup or delivery
The customer gets a “Ready for pickup” or “On the way” email. The courier has the address and any amount to collect. The order stays in the archive.
Technology
WordPress and WooCommerce with features for food businesses.
WordPress runs your venue’s website, WooCommerce handles products, the cart, payments and orders, and WP InPlate adds a restaurant menu, hours, delivery zones and the kitchen and courier panels.
After activation, the setup wizard guides you step by step: it checks WooCommerce and asks about fulfillment methods, the menu and order form pages, the schedule, the delivery zone, dish types and staff accounts.
WordPress
WordPress is the system your venue’s website runs on.
WooCommerce
A free plugin that handles products, the cart, orders and payments.
WP InPlate
A license paid yearly or monthly. After activation, the wizard takes you to your first test order.
Optional: a payment gateway
Use a WooCommerce payment gateway such as Przelewy24, Stripe or PayU. Cash payment is available too.
Kitchen display (KDS)
The kitchen display and a summary of your venue’s work.
The “Orders” view shows order cards and their statuses. A sound announces new ones. The panel also shows a shift summary: the number of orders, fulfillment methods, revenue and cancellations.

Product limits
What WP InPlate doesn’t replace.
WP InPlate handles orders taken on your venue’s website. It doesn’t replace a fiscal cash register, a POS system or third-party delivery platforms.
It’s not a POS system
It doesn’t replace a fiscal cash register or an in-house sales system.
It doesn’t print fiscal receipts
Order labels are an operational document, not a fiscal one.
It doesn’t import orders from platforms
You handle orders from Pyszne.pl, Glovo, Bolt Food and Uber Eats separately. WP InPlate is for selling on your own website.
It’s not an inventory system
Quantity limits use the standard WooCommerce stock settings.
One license, one venue
One license and its setup cover one website and one venue. WP InPlate isn’t a system for managing a restaurant chain.
Apps without an app store
You can add the KDS and the courier panel to a device as PWA apps, without the App Store or Google Play.
Take orders on your restaurant’s own website.
