Where to start

See how an order is handled in five steps.

  1. Start a new order

    In the “New” column, click “Start”. The order moves to “In preparation”.

  2. Assign a station

    You can assign the order to the kitchen, the bar, packing or the pass. This helps split tasks within the team.

  3. Mark it as ready

    In a real venue, the customer would now get a “Ready for pickup” email.

  4. Open the QR-code label

    This is the QR-code label you can stick on a delivery or pickup bag.

  5. Send the delivery to the courier

    The ready order appears in the courier panel shown next to the tablet. The courier takes the delivery and marks it as delivered.
