When your license expires

Your license expires at 12:00. What happens to your orders?

When your license expires, you don’t lose the ability to take orders. During the grace period, the system works as before. After that, some admin features, updates and support become unavailable.

  1. The first 14 days

    Everything works exactly as before, and you have time to renew.

  2. After the grace period

    The menu, order form, delivery check, KDS, courier panel and table ordering keep working. Limited features include configuration changes, TV screens, reports and label printing.

  3. Updates and support end

    Once your access to updates and support expires, you don’t get new versions or technical help until you renew your license.

  4. After renewal

    Once you renew your license, you get your features and updates back without reinstalling.
