WP InPlate licenses are sold by Freemius, Inc., 4023 Kennett Pike, Wilmington, DE 19807, USA, as the Merchant of Record. Freemius takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles the tax and processes refunds. WP InPlate is made and supported by Michał Sakra (WP InSuite), ul. Karczówkowska 12/33, 25-019 Kielce, Poland.

When we refund

Within 30 days of purchase, you can ask for a refund if WP InPlate has a defect that stops its essential features from working and it can’t be fixed through support. In that case, we refund the full price or provide a version without the defect.

When a refund doesn’t apply

  • the problem comes from a conflict with another plugin, a theme, your hosting or an external service,
  • WP InPlate doesn’t have a feature you need. Before buying, check the documentation or ask us,
  • the charge is for a subscription renewal, a license upgrade or an additional license,
  • you cancel your subscription. Canceling stops future renewals, but doesn’t refund the charge for the current period.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Write to [email protected] or use the contact form.
  2. Give the email address used for the purchase and describe the problem: your WP InPlate, WordPress and WooCommerce versions and the steps that lead to the error.
  3. We’ll try to fix the problem first. If that doesn’t work, we’ll request a refund in Freemius. The money goes back to the same payment method.

Canceling a subscription

The subscription renews automatically, every month or every year. You can cancel it in the Freemius customer portal before the renewal date.

This page summarizes the refund rules. The binding terms are those accepted at purchase: the WP InPlate License Agreement (EULA) and the Freemius Terms of Sale. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law.
